In world’s literature only Vedas are one of the good literary compositions, which includes not one but many mantras, which helps not only to conduct the most beautiful ways to make the society very beautiful but also to carry each kind of political method in a most fair way. From this view it is

proved that Vedas are the greatest literature of eternal use fulness.

Sex is a very grave problem today. There is a lot of talk “ek f'k'unsok vkfi xq_Zra u%^^ about its control.

Today’s second most problem is to seek other women

although one has a wife. In Vedas is has been considered bad.

Rigveda 10/101/11 clearly says,

Meaning – As the horse of a carriage runs shouting, when he is pressurized between two shafts, in the similar way a person having two wives also gets pressurized and he keeps running with a cry of pain of planting trees, digging a pond and accumulating wealth.

The moral of these lessons is not to assault sex. Veda praises this desire for the long life. But Atharv Veda says in a limited form in the same way as God has said in Gita, “main kam bhi hu dharm ke aviruddha vidyavan ka”. According to Atharva Veda, 9/52/1

Meaning – The desire in our mind which is in the form of a seed

has been done first. Hey kam! You have done the work on a

large scale, now give us wealth. This is the reason that Hindus

have four objects of a man’s creation and existence viz. religion,

significance, sex and enlightenment.

The third problem the world is facing today is uncontrolled

life. Veda says about the same in the following

Meaning – Do not protest anyone, live the life of a householder, gain the complete age, play with your son and grandsons and stay happy in your own home and make it an ideal home.

Now the question arises as to what is that ideal, which has been advocated in Vedas again and again. And that ideal is a happy couple. Its advice has been marked in Rugved 10/85/47

Meaning – Let the entire world’s powers and experts understand both of us husband and wife well. May the hearts of both of us become as mild as water. And our supreme souls,

firmness and advice power may become friendly with each other. This is the greatest advice Veda has given to human beings. In order to acquire it, one should possess the principles of ‘always live life with high thinking’. Only then one can gain peace of mind. Atharva Veda shows the picture of simplicity in this form.

This picture of household life is very pleasing. To have milk and water in the house, Veda says,

||Keep away from sins ||

Indian culture firstly talks about going near holiness and running away from sins. Yajurveda says in this relation –

What a great feeling this is! Our President himself hails from a depressed class. Today when our Prime Minister presented the proposal of Balyogi – the leader of a depressed class – for the post of President in the 12th Parliament, the whole house consented to this suggestion. This is one type of

eternal education of Vedas. The whole world has seen today how the political leaders are realizing Vedas in the world’s greatest democracy. What will be that great precedent of repaying Vedas?


Political management of modern India is based on democratic method, where government is elected by public. In elections it is very important that the leader should be soft spoken. A saying is famous –

Meaning (rough) – May sweetness lay on the tip of my tongue and in the origin of my tongue. Sweetness, your habitation may be there in my Karmas and inside my mind. May my coming and going become sweet, my language may also become sweet; moreover, I myself may become an idol of sweetness.

Our political currency has a famous sentence of Mundak Upnishad ‘Satyamev Jayte’ written on it and it shows a lion having three heads standing on the top of Ashok Stambh. Mahatma Gandhi lived and died for this truth. The glory of this truth has been shown in Yajurveda 19/30 as –

This will be possible only when a will managed democracy exists, when the elected political leaders work for the government and the king is elected by public. To elect the king (in today’s context it is President, Vice-President and Prime Minister) Rugveda 10/173 says,

What qualities must a king have (President or Prime Minister)?In relation to this Athrv Veda 4/8/1 says,

Meaning (rough) – He is suitable to be a lord of all lives. He is able to nourish the whole world with milk and other food. His death is acquired by Rajsuy - a sacrifice which only a universal monarch is entitled to perform. Therefore, he should adopt this country by becoming a king.

A leader possessed the virtues of leadership only if he is virile and powerful. In Athrv Veda 4/22/1 there is one scripture which shows how a leadere comes a king.

Now see, what a king says. It’s written in Yajurveda 20/10,

Meaning (rough) – I may become respectable in Kshatra, country, horses, Gobo, eggs, cheetahs, animals, substances, dyo, earth and in Yagya.

This is a vow, promise and future of a king. Veda tells about the meetings of kings (Rajpurush) and leaders (Prajapurush), in order to lead the work of the country in the best way.

Meaning (rough) – The two daughters of the king i.e. a meeting and a committee may protect me. There may be a union in between them, so that I may get the knowledge from the fellow whom I will join. Therefore, my fellow, do speak well in the company of people and in meetings. The meeting, we know your name, hence your fellows may always be truthful to me.

The great kings, fellows (regional government) of the President allocate the sixteenth part as presented desirably to the central government. The allocated money is its protector. It protects from the loss and gives power to be prepared for self- decision. The given money i.e. tax rescues us as a protector from the losses and it also fulfills our decisions and wishes by

making them victorious, impressive and rational. Now it is the duty of the country to punish the terrorists, thieves and looters, who have intruded our houses and are murderous in nature, and to kill these snakes in grass and never let them go. Vedas clearly gives the order that the nation should first find the traitors and the destroyers of the nation existing in the country

itself and then punish them through justice. Rugveda says,

Meaning – (rough) The king, do recognize the Aryas (in today’s context patriotic) and do punish and kill the robbers, with that your religious work will not be deteriorated.

The king, do kill the rich devils that do not perform a Yagya and the method (Dhang?) with only one snatch of a bow and arrow. Do imprison them in mountains, who hate their teachers, who display their power rapidly with adventure like an air, who boost fruitlessly in front of the majority of public

and who do not perform rituals for god (in today’s context – an overbearing demon and who do not perform a Yagya. The people who give a bad address, who hold the nasty thoughts, who waste others for their luxury and who are always engaged in concerning about their luxuries from each kind, such rascals should be killed.

It is also a duty of the king to honor the learned people and artists and do not offend them. In this relation Atharva Veda gives warning to the king –

Meaning (rough) – Among 100s of kings 99 had to face defeats that have troubled the learned people.


It is also satisfactory and delightful that whenever India has governed, it governed as per Vedas. We can distribute the whole Indian history on a broad way into five epochs. These are as follows –

01.Vedic Epoch 02. Buddha Epoch 03. Muslim Epoch 04. English Epoch

05. Freedom Epoch

Among all these epochs the kings who have governed in Vedic and Buddha epochs were punishing on the basis of Vedic instructions. In between these epochs there was a king named Ashoka, who got impressed by the Buddha religion, and served in his governance the majority of people. He gave advices of the religion to the people and engraved these advices on the poles.

These were the advices, which were once written in Vedas. The soul of those advices was Vedas, but its language was from the collection of the precepts of the Buddha. After wards when India became independent, our captains prepared the constitution of India (which also includes Deshratna

Kr. Rajendra Prasad and Baba Sahab Bhimrao Ambedkar) and they accept the Ashok Chakra as the seal of new India. This is the cultural heritage of our country which is called Ashok Chakra.


Our experts have named it as time-system. The whole universe is a time system, to which I call a cycle of destiny. It is the control of the absolutely original life. This truth is articulated with the knowledge related to the universe given in Rugveda. It is said that,

Meaning (rough)

The guardian Agni (fire), Indra (electricity), Varun (water), Mitra (food), Aryama (sun), Vayu (air), Poosha (earth),Saraswati (secondary word), Aaditya (12 Aaditya), Vishnu (large sky), Marut (Marut Gan), Swarbuhtsomo (medicines with their own lightened greatness), Rudra (life) et cetera and nature and world are present along with the lord in this world.

The period of year has an important role in the cycle of Nature, which is directly related to the speed of the latitude of sun. It is divided in night, day, half of the lunar month, a month and a year. According to Kaal, 24 goads represent 24 lunar months i.e. the period of year, which is also shown in Rugveda as one year viz. 365 days or 720 days and nights.

The period of year has the most important place in the origin of universe, its development and the cycle of nature. 24 lunar months of the period of year has been shown in the form of 24 goads.

The sign of 50 years of independence also displayed these 24 Gods.

This cycle even directs our body. The chief point of a cycle is its fundamental principles and the principles of a body i.e. 5 elements viz. earth, air, water, fire and ether, 5 sense- organs, 5 Karmendriya, the subject 5 organs and 4 states = 24 principles are 24 goads displayed in the cycle. This is the gist of appearance of Vishnu. This is the famous product of Buddha. It

is the symbol of the independent India.

The moral of this is that, the life goes on and it is like a flow in all its forms that can also be called “the process of to be’.

Buddha has said, ‘the whole world, which we know in which form, is a series of relations. We do not know a thing which can exist without a relation.’

Buddha has accepted precisely the same. This is the cycle of nature.

This is the knowledge of India which is based on Vedas. Because of this knowledge our nation can keep away from prejudices. Bruhspati Nitishastra 2/6 says it well ^^Kkusu fda cgq'kBxzgladqysu^^ meaning (rough) – what is the use of that knowledge that is full of prejudices.
